The steps to acquire a charity bib:

Discover the association : 'Pupilles Orphelins des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Vaucluse'.
Fill out the registration form and make your donation.
Finalize your registration and commit to the associations'.

A limited number of charity bibs are available to runners. To secure one, runners commit to making a donation to the UTMB Cares endowment fund, which then distributes the funds to the associations supported by the event. Beyond the race itself, runners have the opportunity to become true ambassadors for causes related to solidarity, health, inclusion, and the environment.

Since the creation of UTMB World Series, and particularly Grand Raid Ventoux by UTMB, we have been committed to combining the energy of our events with a spirit of solidarity. In the heart of Provence, we are driven by the desire to help everyone achieve their own victories.

Since the event was created in 2016, every registration has directly contributed to this commitment: €2 from each race entry is donated to the Pupilles Orphelins des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Vaucluse, a cause the event has supported since its beginnings.

Over the years, this commitment has expanded to support local associations and initiatives, with the same ambition: to turn the collective energy of the event into tangible support for the region and the people who bring it to life.

In 2026, 50 charity bibs were offered. Through this initiative, contributions linked to registrations, as well as additional donations from participants and partners, €43,000 was raised to support several causes and local organizations.

The funds were distributed as follows:

20,000€ donated to the Pupilles Orphelins des Sapeurs-Pompiers de Vaucluse, through UDSP 84;
16,000€ donated to 18 local associations and organizations;
€7,000 donated to the UTMB Cares endowment fund.

A total of €16,000 was donated to 18 local associations and organizations in 2026, supporting initiatives in areas including sport, youth, community life, civil protection, and wildfire prevention:

Grand Raid Ventoux by UTMB’s commitment to its region is also reflected in the opportunities provided to runners from the Drôme and Vaucluse departments.

For the 2027 edition, 20% of the 50K race bibs were allocated to local runners through the registration lottery.

This quota, based on the proportion of local participants recorded in previous editions, ensures that runners from the region are represented in the race, while keeping the lottery open to all applicants.
