Before registering, make sure you have an active MyUTMB account. You can find all the account setup information for MyUTMB here

Registrations open on September 16, 2025, at 11 am for runners with a valid UTMB Index, and then on September 18, 2025, at 11 am for everyone on a first-come, first-served basis, without pre-registration or drawing.

The registration period will continue until all the bibs available are sold.

If you have completed the registration process but haven't received a confirmation email, there could be several explanations.

First, please check if the payment has been successfully processed and your account has been debited. If you haven't been charged, try the registration process again. If the payment has been successfully processed and you still haven't received a confirmation email, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form here.

To validate your registration, we need your PPS code, which you must enter 3 months before the date of the race.

To validate your registration, please follow the steps below:

• Visit the PPS website to start your journey** 3 months before the start of the race**: PPS
• Complete the suggested modules
• At the end of the journey, you will receive your PPS code
• Log in to your MyUTMB account to access your registration and paste the PPS code into your dashboard (Section: Registration Status).

Runners may cancel their registration at any time via their runner's area.

Registration with insurance purchased prior to 20/10/25.

• For a claim covered by the conditions of the insurance with supporting documentation, you will get a 100% refund of the registration fees.

• For a claim covered by the conditions of the insurance without supporting documentation, you will get a 50% refund of the registration fees.

Registration with insurance purchased on or after 20/10/25.

• For a claim covered by the conditions of the insurance with supporting documentation, you will get a refund of the registration fees minus a 10% deductible with a 15€ minimum. Consult the conditions : HERE

• If you have NOT taken out the registration cancellation insurance, no refund will be possible. You can check our registration conditions here. To cancel your registration, access your registration dashboard and click on the Cancel my registration button.

Registration is personal. No bib transfer or deferral to the following year will be possible.
Please note that even in case of injury, it will not be possible to transfer or defer your registration.

You will also have a valid UTMB index in the race category you have completed.
